β¨ A Personal Note β¨
Hey Reader - This week in the Haynes's household my stepdaughter and her finance (yep she's 25 and got engaged) are visiting us for the week. She graduated from law school last year and is now working in a big law firm as an associate. In typical parenting fashion, we were chatting about saving, retirement, 401K, etc. and I shared what my goal was. Oh to be 25 again!!!!
Every day in my journal I write down 3 things lately. β Life is an easy yes. My passive income exceeds our lifestyle goals. Our dream house will discover us. β Now, the easy yes one came from my love of traveling, because I love a good hotel. Like the kind with luxury sheets, amazing food, and the whole darn experience. So my goal was, that when we want to travel, it and easy yes. And I don't have to think about "can we afford it". Isn't that the dream? The goal. We have the resources, we need to just do it. Say yes. The way we want to. I loved this saying so much it sort of just moved into all other categories of life. Wouldn't it be amazing if everything you truly wanted to do was just an easy yes? Sign me up. β The 2nd goal is more business-related but fuels #1. To me (as you know), schedule is so important. So the goal is to have systems in place to build an income that supports #1 π β And last but not least. A dream home. The interesting thing is it might be our current house OR it might be a new one. I don't know. I know that we have goals for this house but I would lying if I said one day I didn't want to have a big ole flower farm in the backyard. So I am just leaving this one up to the universe to decide. β Iβm not sure about every detail just yet or how it will all work out.
But I can see it.
And β¦ Maybe itβs not happening this month.
Or this year.
Or even in the next 10 years. Well, hopefully 10. 46 is just around the corner. π
But that doesnβt matter. It will take as long as it takes.
Iβm growing my way there, and you just cannot rush into growing into something or someone who can hold a dream as good as this one.π
